New 08-2005: Mrs Willian Seabrook, the wife of an American newspaper correspondent stationed in Syria and writing about the Druze revolt against the French Mandate in July 1925. To her left is Ali al-Atrash, and to her right is Mustapha al-Atrash. Ali was eventually killed in battle while Mustapha was taken a few days after this picture was taken on November 13, 1925.
