Far left hand-side of the photo is Haqqi al-Azm, the ex-Governor of the State of Damascus. Next to him is Dr Tawfiq al-Shishakli, a nationalist from Hama, then sits the host, Dr Munif al-Aidi. Facing Azm is Prime Minister Hasani.
