An article published in the satirical weekly al-Mudhiq al-Mubki in August 1950, running off-the-record statements from Faris al-Khury, Khalid al-Azm, and Nazim al-Qudsi, on current political conditions in Syria. This was during the climax between civilians and officers that led to the rise of General Adib al-Shishakli in November 1951.
