An article published in the satirical magazine al-Mudhiq al-Mubki, explaining why Prime Minister Hasan al-Hakim had resigned from office in November 1951. Hakim said he "did not want to get burned" that he had literarily kissed the hand of President Hashim al-Atasi to accept his resignation.
